Food Warming Functionis designed to maintain cooked food at an optimal serving temperature ranging from low to high. It can warm multiple dishes at the same time.
Bread Proofingprovides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.
Two-Position Rackcan be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks.
Sensor Temperature Controluses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to help prevent food from drying out.
Humidity Slide ControlHelps retain the flavor and texture of different foods by letting you control the amount of moisture inside the drawer.
